Frequently asked questions
The questions we get asked most often, answered without marketing language.
What stock types do you sell?
Two: branded overstock (leftovers from previous seasons, production overstock and cancelled orders — always A-grade only) and customer returns (checked and graded, always a mix of A/B/C). Details on grades and stock types.
How are the goods sorted?
Primarily by brand. Footwear and large accessories are sorted separately. Women's and men's goods are separated whenever volume and variety make it possible. We do not sort down to garment level (i.e. "dresses only").
Can I buy only women's, men's or kids' goods?
In many cases yes. It depends on the variety in the current stock. Tell us the category and we check what can be put together.
Can I choose the season?
In most cases you can choose between an autumn/winter mix and a spring/summer mix.
Are the original labels and price tags included?
The original labels are always included. Hangtags (price tags) are present in the vast majority of pieces; on returns they can occasionally be missing.
What is inside a returns lot?
Always all three grades. Typical distribution: 20–25 % A, 50–60 % B, 20–25 % C. The exact split depends on the brand and the lot.
How much does a bigbag weigh, and how are the goods packed?
On average about 150 kg per bigbag. Standard packing is bigbags on Euro pallets, two bigbags per pallet (sometimes three). In container shipping the bigbags are stacked without pallets. High-value lots are packed in large boxes. More on logistics.
What is the minimum order?
5 bigbags. They can all be from one brand or spread across different brands, arranged the way it suits you. See process and terms.
Can I order a sample before committing to a container?
Sample orders are possible in individual cases — get in touch and we check what can be arranged.
Can I see photos or videos of the actual goods before buying?
Yes. We send photos or videos of the lot on request (WhatsApp or email), and you are welcome to visit the warehouse in Neuss by appointment.
What are the payment terms?
At the start, payment in advance by bank transfer. As the business relationship develops we are happy to discuss further payment options. On larger volumes, discounts are possible.
How is the price calculated?
By the kilogram. The price per kilo depends mainly on the brand and on volume — larger quantities get a better price. Tell us categories and volume and you get a concrete quote. We do not publish item-level prices because there are no single items.
What if the weight does not match?
It does. The goods are sold by the kilogram and weighed fresh before loading, so you receive exactly the volume you ordered and paid for.
How long does shipping take?
From the shipping offer to pickup or delivery it normally takes days, not weeks. The transit time itself depends on the route and the shipping option — we clarify that for your destination.
What are the shipping terms and who handles customs?
Our standard is EXW (ex works, from our warehouse in Neuss). We provide the commercial invoice and packing list and handle the export clearance; import clearance in the destination country is the buyer's responsibility. Shipping is possible as general cargo for a few pallets or as full 20' and 40' container loads.
Is a long-term cooperation possible?
Yes, and it is what most of our business looks like: reserved volumes and regular weekly offers of newly sorted stock. New goods come in weekly.
Do you sell to private customers?
No. We supply businesses only (B2B) — market and bazaar traders, offprice retail chains, outlet boutiques, exporters and wholesalers.
Can I get a list of the brands you have?
Yes, on request. We do not publish it, because availability changes weekly.
