Four steps, no obligation, and a clear answer — usually within one business day.
Buying wholesale overstock should take one email, not a week of back and forth. This is how the process runs, and what the terms behind it look like.
Four steps
- Tell us what you need. Categories, volume and region — two minutes through the form on the start page or by email. No obligation.
- We match available lots. You receive the lots that are currently available and fit your profile — with category, brand, grade and weight.
- Terms and logistics. We agree on the price per kilo and the terms, and organise the shipment for you if you want us to.
- Your goods ship. Worldwide, in days rather than weeks.
We reply to inquiries usually within one business day. If a lot you want is not available, we say so and tell you when the next one is in.
What we need from you
- Categories you buy — women's, men's, kidswear, footwear, accessories, bags, underwear, beachwear.
- Volume — how many bigbags or pallets you are planning, or the budget you want to commit.
- Region — delivery country and, if you have one, a preferred shipping option.
That is enough for a concrete quote with the current price per kilo.
Minimum order
5 bigbags. Those five can all be from the same brand or spread across different brands — arranged the way that suits you. One Euro pallet carries two bigbags as a rule, sometimes three, at a rough average of 150 kg per bigbag.
Sample orders are possible in individual cases — talk to us, we check what can be arranged.
Payment terms
- At the start: payment in advance by bank transfer.
- As the relationship develops, we are happy to discuss further payment options.
- Volume discounts are possible on larger orders — the volume can be spread across several brands to your specification.
Weights and shortages
The goods are sold by the kilogram and weighed fresh before loading. You receive exactly the volume you ordered — which is why short weights are not a topic in our business.
Long-term supply
Most of our buyers do not come once. Repeat customers can get reserved volumes and regular weekly offers of new stock, because sorting runs continuously in our warehouse.
