Logistics & warehouse
Packed to travel — bigbags stacked in containers, shipped worldwide, EXW from our warehouse in Neuss.
Wholesale lots are only as good as their packaging. Ours is built around one goal: getting maximum volume into a container without damaging the goods on the way.
How the goods are packed
- Bigbags (FIBC) on Euro pallets are the standard unit — they protect the goods in transit and keep shipping cost-efficient.
- One Euro pallet carries two bigbags, sometimes three, depending on the goods and their volume.
- Average weight: around 150 kg per bigbag. Spring/summer packs heavier, autumn/winter lighter.
- In 20' and 40' containers the bigbags are stacked without pallets — that is where the real freight saving comes from.
- High-value lots travel in large boxes instead of bigbags when that is safer for the goods.
- Everything is stacked efficiently, so a container is full, not half empty.
Shipping terms
Our standard is EXW (ex works, from our warehouse). We organise transport on request — from a few pallets as general cargo up to full 20' or 40' container loads. Inquiries to pickup or delivery normally take days, not weeks.
Documents and customs
- We provide the commercial invoice and the packing list.
- Export clearance in Germany/Europe is handled by us: we prepare the customs documents and initiate export customs clearance.
- Import clearance in the destination country is the buyer's responsibility — you need a customs agent on site. We tell you what we need from you for the export side.
Destinations
We ship worldwide. Direct exports are part of the daily business, and the packing is designed for overseas container shipping. Tell us the destination country and volume, and we clarify the shipping conditions and transit time for that route.
Warehouse and visits
Our warehouse is in 41468 Neuss, Germany. Visits are possible at any time by appointment — many buyers want to see the sorting with their own eyes before placing a repeat order, and that is absolutely welcome.
See the goods before you buy
Ask for photos or videos of the actual lot and we send them on request — by WhatsApp or email. Sorted goods, current packing, real condition. That way you judge the lot, not the description.

Send us your categories, volume and region by email or using the contact form — we reply with the lots that are currently available, usually within one business day.
